The designated check-in time is after 1400 hours on the day of arrival and checkout time of 1200 hours (noon) the latest on the departure date. Later departures are not permitted, unless prior arrangements with the manager and subject to additional charge. If arrival is likely to be very late, please inform the manager and make prior arrangement for handover of keys.
Please do not exceed the number of occupants in each villa as our insurance policy will not cover our villas or your safety and wellbeing. Each villa is designed for maximum of 10 occupants. Ideally up 8 adults only.
Guests must keep the villas and all furniture, facilities and equipment in the same state of repair and conditions as at the start of their stay.
Guests are responsible for all damages or loss which occurs to the property or its content during their stay and will be responsible for paying appropriate compensation to the owner in case of damage. A refundable Rs 2,000.00 deposit is required per villas to cover for any damage. Certain items if broken may cost more and further payment will be required to repair/replace such damages. We will not charge for damage to small item of crockery like a plate or a glass, but we will take a different view if there is damage to big enough collection of small items.
All rubbish needs to be cleared away and placed in the dustbin provided outside the villas.
Pets are not allowed.
Interior furnishing must remain inside the villas and only designated outdoor furniture can be used on the exterior.
Guests are specifically advised not to allow unsupervised children near the pool.
It is forbidden to bring weapons, illegal substances, or any other type of dangerous objects onto the premises.
No smoking in the bedrooms. We recommend to smoke on the balcony. Smokers are kindly asked not to leave any cigarette butts in the villa, the garden or outside of it; and to take all necessary precautions and safety measures in the prevention of fire for their own personal safety.
As much as we respect your privacy, in case of emergency (e.g., in case of floods, fire, bad weather….), we may have to enter the villa WITH or WITHOUT permission.
Guests are responsible for taking care of their personal and valuable belongings. Safes are provided for your convenience, it is recommended to take travel insurance.
Please do not exceed the designated amount of parking space provided on the property. Do not block access. If there is no parking space available inside the gated area, contact our representative for instructions.
You are not allowed to wash or clean your car on the property. If you have an electric or hybrid car, you are not allowed to charge your car at the property.
At the end of the hire period, the property and its contents, including all equipment, furniture, utensils etc…. must be left clean and tidy.
We ask you to comply with these rules and regulations in order to make your stay in our villas more pleasurable.
